2 x Vigornia - English Sparkling
Pershore, Worcestershire
The Vigornia Vineyard lies in the Vale of Evesham, Worcestershire. This fine, vintage English Sparkling Wine is a blend of majority Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, the traditional Champagne varieties, with Ortega and Bacchus to give an added fruity finish. The result is a beautifully clean wine with fresh fruit flavours of green apples and pears from the Bacchus balancing the Champagne nose of the Chardonnay and Pinot. Light gold in colour and at the drier end of the spectrum it makes a fine aperitif or celebration wine.
